Supply is a ledger-plane projection (balances + counters): the cumulative-mint counter (granted_total, Proposal 006 Stage A3) covers the mint-demand leg — grant fallbacks + payment mints; burn-split re-mints are burn-funded and mining emission is capped separately (reward_emitted). Pending mint demand still resets at each settle.
Per-account honesty lives on the account page: the pre-event-log residual row shows exactly what the event logs cannot decompose.
Account ids render 4+4 only — pseudonymous by construction (the leaderboard law, D2).
